Is there a way to specify a column that will contain the captions for radiobuttons? If we can do this, we will have the question and the response in the data file, which can save time and confusion when analyzing the data.

Might be possible depending on the overall design of your script. Are you running the script as a survey (i.e. your datafile has a single line per subject) or are the radiobuttons embedded as trials (i.e. your datafile has multiple lines per subject)? It would also be helpful to attach your script.
