This script implements a computerized version of the World Health Organization Disability Assessment Schedule 2.0

12 5-point likert questions + 3 additional questions

The default data stored in the data files are:

(1) Raw data file: 'who_das_12.iqdat'

date, time, group, subject:		date and time script was run with the current group/subjectnumber 
build:							the Inquisit build 

q*_response:					response given (in assigned values)
q*_latency:						how much time (in ms) the participant spent on the surveypage with this particular question (the last time this particular surveypage was visited)

(2) Summary data file: 'who_das_12_summary.iqdat' (Inquisit Lab: one data file per participant)

script.starttime:				time script was started
script.subjectid:				subject id number
script.groupid:					group id number
script.elapsedtime:				time it took to run script (in ms)
computer.platform:				the platform the script was run on
/completed:						0 = script was not completed (prematurely aborted); 1 = script was completed (all conditions run)
/Total:							the sum of the 12 multiple-choice scores (Range: 0 - 48)
								("None" = 0, "Mild" = 1, "Moderate" = 2, "Severe" = 3, "Extreme or cannot do" = 4)
/radiobuttons.q1.response - radiobuttons.q12.response: the individual scores of the 12 multiple-choice questions
/textbox.q13.response - textbox.q15.response: the responses (=days of impairment) to the additional 3 open-ended questions

check below for (relatively) easily editable parameters, stimuli, instructions etc. 
Keep in mind that you can use this script as a template and therefore always "mess" with the entire code to further customize your experiment.
