BACKGROUND INFO

											*Purpose*
This script implements a computerized version of the Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale (CES-D) by:

Hann, D., Winter, K., & Jacobsen, P. (1999) Measurement of depressive symptoms in cancer patients. Evaluation of the
Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale (CES-D). Journal of Psychosomatic Research, 46, 437-443.

20 4-point Likert scale, self-report											  
											  

DATA FILE INFORMATION: 
The default data stored in the data files are:

(1) Raw data file: 'CES_D.iqdat'

date, time, group, subject:		date and time script was run with the current group/subjectnumber 
build:							the Inquisit build 

q*_response:					response given (in assigned values)
q*_latency:						how much time (in ms) the participant spent on the surveypage with this particular question (the last time this particular surveypage was visited)


(2) Summary data file: 'CES_D_summary.iqdat' (Inquisit Lab: one data file per participant)

script.starttime:				time script was started
script.subjectid:				subject id number
script.groupid:					group id number
script.elapsedtime:				time it took to run script (in ms)
computer.platform:				the platform the script was run on
/completed:						0 = script was not completed (prematurely aborted); 1 = script was completed (all conditions run)
expressions.CES_D_score:		Range: 0-60
								A score of 16 points or more is considered an indicator of a possible depression
