Hi,
Requesting help/guidance here -
I have two set of related text stimuli
<item 1>
/01=" Pair1A "
/02=" Pair2A "
/03=" Pair3A "
/04=" Pair4A "
/05=" Pair5A "
/06=" Pair6A "

<item 2>
/01=" Pair1B"
/02=" Pair2B "
/03=" Pair3B "
/04=" Pair4B "
/05=" Pair5B "
/06=" Pair6AB"

I am presenting both the text stimuli on the same screen randomly. How to ensure that corresponding pairs are never presented together; i.e. when pair 1A is presented pair 1b is not presented; when pair 2a is presented, pair 2b is not presented and so on.

Thanks

Dave

You need either use two <list>s for item selection, with a /not constraint on the 2nd one, or use the noreplacenot() selection mode in the 2nd <text> element's /select.

Ohh.
noreplacenot()

Never used this one. Thanks, Dave.
