Hey there,
in our online study, we want to present a launch page.
Strangely, we cannot use functions to use paragraphs (neither <br> nor <p>/</p> ). If we write <br> in the array and click "save", the site keeps on loading without any effect.
However, it works without the <br> commands.
Do you have an idea what the problem could be?

This is a problem on the server-side. Short of using / uploading a "custom" launch page, there is unfortunately nothing you can do on your end to resolve it. I.e., until the problem's fixed on the server-side, the only thing you can do is avoid entering raw HTML tags in the launch page's body in the web script wizard.
