Hi,
Is there any way to centralize the mouse cursor at the beginning of each trial (as participants will be moving the cursor to make their responses)?

No, you cannot programmatically set mouse coordinates / position the cursor. What you need to do is run a separate <trial> before each of your experimental trials that requires a click on a stimulus at the center of the screen.
