Issues with Inquisit 6 version 2.0

I believe Inquisit 6 has just been updated to version 2.0. Unfortunately, this now means that the player installer is no longer installing properly, and gets stuck infinitely on the 'preparing to install..' position. I also attempted to update my desktop Inquisit from 6.1.2 to 6.2.0 and that refuses to install as well.

I'm running Windows 10.

Any idea when this will be fixed, or whether I'm somehow doing something stupid?

I've tested updating the player from 6.1.2 to 6.2.0 on multiple Windows systems and am unable to reproduce this. Same with Inquisit Lab 6.1.2 to 6.2.0.
Perhaps there's an issue with the Windows Installer Service on your system, in which case this troubleshooter provided by Microsoft may help:

I restarted my computer and it is working fine now. No idea whether it was an issue due to me having just been running Inquisit 6.1.2, or whether it was just my Windows bugging. Thanks for your help
