Hello everyone,

we have a problem with inquisit online. if we want to start the script of our new online test we get this error message. it seems factually wrong, because it is registered and there is no other platform then "kuehn" were we register our projects.
in the past it did work with multiple projects, so the question is why doesnt it now?
the script is registered for inquisit 4.
thank you for your help

The problem is the file name of the registered script.

the plus "+" has special meaning in URLs, so on the web this looks like the registered script is called "snack bilderrating " and the part after the plus refers to something else. Rename the file to something like "snack bilderrating plus ema.iqx" and things will work just fine. (In general, it's a good idea to avoid special characters such as +, -,    the <at> sign, forward and backward slashes, % or & in file names when conducting studies on the web.)
