Error code 403 when running test

Hi Dave,

I'm testing my experiment just before I distribute it but I'm running into some problems.
I have uploaded all necessary files for the experiment but when I go onto the 'Upload Script' page, all the files are there, but it says "Storage used: 0 of 900MB". It is only when I click "Save" that it updates the size of the files, but it removes again as soon as I press 'close'. However, this is a problem for me because the website registers there being no files at all there, so when I try running the test on another PC it cannot load the experiments, and thus I receive a 403 error code. It also resets to 0 MB whenever I click off the webpage. Could you help me figure out what's going on here?

"Could not load file https://scripts.millisecond.com/dc307/bart/neutral v5.iqx. HTTP status code 403"

Thanks!!

That script file has not been uploaded / is not available on the server, hence the error.

Upload the script as well as any other files that may be missing and it will work.

This is my problem - I have uploaded all necessary files for the experiment but the website doesn't register them as being on there. Is there something I'm doing wrong? Everytime I fix it it just breaks and goes back to 0 MB

I performed a test upload to your experiment under your account and am unable to reproduce this. The file ("testupload.iqx" at the bottom of the screenshot) uploads fine and the change persists.

But Dave, as you can see, it still says 0 of 900MB used, even though you uploaded the testupload file - I believe this is the reason why it's not working. The file names all show up but when it comes to running them it won't work, maybe because the system thinks that the files are empty? If this is a problem with the computer I am using then that's fine, but from the screenshot you sent it suggests that it's doing it for yours too. What's going on here?

The 0 of 900 MB is absolutly irrelevant here. The files aren't empty.

The problem is that you have misnamed files, in other words: You are referencing stuff that is not there. Take a look at the first experiment you uploaded:
https://mili2nd.co/37vb
This is the batch file for that one:
https://scripts.millisecond.com/dc307/bart/allocation.iqx
It says this:

<batch>
/ subjects = (1 of 3)
/ groupassignment = groupnumber
/ file = "kitten v5.iqx"
</batch>

<batch>
/ subjects = (2 of 3)
/ groupassignment = groupnumber
/ file = " horror v5.iqx"
</batch>

<batch>
/ subjects = (3 of 3)
/ groupassignment = groupnumber
/ file = "neutral v5.iqx"
</batch>

#1: There is no file called " horror v5.iqx" uploaded (note the leading white space). The file uploaded is called "horror v5.iqx", no leading whitespace.
#2: There is no file called "neutral v5.iqx" uploaded. The file uploaded is called "neutral v5.1.iqx"

Fix those errors and things will work.

Wow, what a silly mistake...Thank you Dave, I've managed to get it working now!
