Lost data

Hi!
I'm currently running an experiment on inquisit web.

One participant used the app, she said that it suddenly showed an error (the app got frozen) but after some minutes, she could continue. When she finished it, she got a message from the app saying "Script S1 completed successfully", but she wasn't redirected to inquisit web page. (S1 is the name of the experiment).

As I mentioned before, her log activity shows that she did it and got an error, although I saw her screen and she completed the entire script.
Log description: Network became unreachable while script was active.

So the main issue is that I can't get her data from this session at all. Is there anything I can do? or someone I could mail to?

Sorry in advanced if this is not the place that I should refer to. This is my first experiment on inquisit.

Thank you for your time!

If there are data files that could not be uploaded because the device's network connection went down (as the warning logged may suggest), then those data files will still reside on the device until such time they are or can be uploaded. To check, open the Inquisit Player app on the device and go to the "Data" tab. Any not yet uploaded data files will be listed there. Make sure the device has working internet connectivity, and then you can manually trigger the files' upload by clicking the "Cloud Upload" icon in the upper right hand corner.
