my web experiment (
https://mili2nd.co/3jvb?groupid=1&subjectid=999) was running smoothly the last month, but now gives an error message:
License verification failed. Experiment id 54587 is not registered for account id '1344': The experiment will not be run. Server: 1344.
I dont know why this is the case. The License should be valid until end of september 2021 and the experiment is listed 'active' on the website. However, my user id is 22732 and not 1344. I would be happy to get some quick advise as we are currently running participants.
