Hi all,

Just looking for some help on how to resolve the following error for a participant.  All of the files have been uploaded and tested on several computers, however one of my participants has encountered the following errors (they were able to download the program, and hit start but it looks like Inquisit won't open the file):
System error 12002: The operation timed out.  Line 289, File win\Path_win.cpp
and
Unable to open file 'http://scripts.millisecond.com/sydney_psych.... .iqx'

Any help with how to fix this for them would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!

That's a generic network timeout message. That would usually be caused by a slow or unreliable internet connection on the participant's end (think: weak Wifi signal) or some firewall or the like blocking traffic between the Inquisit Player on the client machine and the server. Hope this helps.
