How to put the same picture in multiple survey pages?

As I told you, the <data> element does not apply to <survey> elements.

<survey survey>
/ pages = [1=slider; 2=radio]
/ showpagenumbers = false
/ recorddata = true
</survey>

thus is wrong and cannot work. You need to run your pages via a <block>, just as demonstrated in the example code in earlier in this thread:

My bad. I don' t understand why I changed that part. It works well.
