Hello, 
is it possible to define, that the participant is only allow to type in upperletter in a textbox?
With mask = "alphabetic" they can type either way.

Yeah, it's possible. You need to define a regular expression matching only uppercase letters in /mask.

<textbox onlyuppercase>
/ caption = "You can only enter uppercase letters here."
/ mask = ^[A-Z]+$
</textbox>

<surveypage examplepage>
/ questions = [1=onlyuppercase]
</surveypage>
