Online log and data

I am currently trying to download the data from my experiment but for both the 'online log' I receive this 'An error occurred fetching the page you requested'. And for the 'online data' page I receive this message, 'Procedure or function 'dataFolderExists' expects parameter '@AccountId', which was not supplied.' Does someone know what I need to do to be able to see the data? Cheers, Sophie

Please try downloading the data again now and let me know if anything is missing or seems off otherwise. We know there are some residual issues which we are working on, and I'll add any you notice in your account to the list (if they're not already on there). Thanks!
