Exact Test Start Time

Hi,
Inquisit saves the time when a test was started as hh:mm:ss. Is the exact start time (including milliseconds) also available somewhere? Total elapsed time is measured in milliseconds, so it seemed logical to me that the start time should also be saved including milliseconds.
