Your access to and use of the Software and Services are conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the Software and Services you agree to be bound by these Terms..

License Grant

The Departmental License entitles the Software and Services to be installed or used by all current members of the department, including faculty, staff, and students.

Unique accounts can be created for each faculty member of the department. Requests for faculty accounts must be made by the designated administrator of the departmental license.

Faculty can add student and staff as users to their account so they may access the account and associated services. It is the responsibility of faculty and the designated administrator to remove accounts for faculty, students, and staff when they leave the department.

Users who wish to access the Software and Services granted by the departmental license must use their institutional email address when setting up their user account.

You accept responsibility for ensuring compliance within your department.

Rights to the Software and Services may not be transferred.
