Hi. I'm currently coding an EEG experiment and wanted to know if there was a way to have the event codes for the EEG  save in the .dat file alongside the block and trial numbers?

Depends on how you communicate with the EEG. If you want to log any <port> elements you've defined, these behave like any other stimulus in Inquisit and thus can be logged in the same way.
