This script implements the Quick Delay Questionnaire (QDQ) by Clare et al (2010).

OVERVIEW

10 5-point likert type self-report questionnaire, originally designed for adults.
It measures delay-related behavior in regard to every day situation on two distinct dimensions: 
Delay Aversion (emotion related) and Delay Discounting (non emotion related)

the default set-up of the script takes under 2 minutes to complete

DATA FILE INFORMATION

The default data stored in the data files are:

(1) Raw data file: 'qdq.iqdat'

date, time:							date and time script was run with the current group/subjectnumber 
subject, group, session:	  		with the current subject/groupnumber/session id
build:								the Inquisit build 

q*_response:						response given (in assigned values)
									Scale: 1 (very like me) - 5 (not at all like me)
									R = automatically reversed scored questions (q1R, q2R, q3R, q4R)
									
q*_latency:							how much time (in ms) the participant spent on the surveypage with this particular 
									question (the last time this particular surveypage was visited)


(2) Summary data file: 'qdq_summary.iqdat' (Inquisit Lab: one data file per participant)

computer.platform:					the platform the script was run on (win/mac/ios/android)
startDate:							date script was run
startTime:							time script was started
subjectid:							assigned subject id number
groupid:							assigned group id number
sessionid:							assigned session id number
elapsedTime:						time it took to run script (in ms); measured from onset to offset of script
completed:							0 = script was not completed (prematurely aborted); 
									1 = script was completed (all conditions run)
									
									
delayAversion: 						positive/negative emotions relating to delay
									q2, q4, q6R, q8R, q9R
									Range: 5-25
									The higher the value the higher aversion to delays


delayDiscounting:					assigning value to delays
									q1, q3, q5R, q7R, q10R
									Range: 5-25
									The higher the value the more the person discounts delays
