This script implements the Implicit Positive and Negative Affect Test (IPANAT) as described in:

Quirin, M., Miguel Kaze´n, M., & Kuhl, J. (2009). When Nonsense Sounds Happy or Helpless: The Implicit Positive 
and Negative Affect Test (IPANAT). Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, 97, 500–516.

OVERVIEW
___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________	
Participants are presented 6 surveypages for 6 nonsense words. Each surveypage
contains 6 Likert Scales: 3 scales to rate how well positive adjectives
describe the current nonsense word and 3 scales to rate how well negative adjectives
desribe the current nonsense word.

the default set-up of the script takes appr. 3 minutes to complete

DATA FILE INFORMATION

The default data stored in the data files are:

(1) Raw data file: 'ipanat.iqdat'

date, time:						date and time script was run with the current group/subjectnumber 
subject, group, session:	  	with the current subject/groupnumber/session id
build:							the Inquisit build 

q*_response:					response given (in assigned values)
									Scale: 1 (doesn't fit at all) - 4 (fits very well)
									No reversed scored questions
									
q*_latency:						how much time (in ms) the participant spent on the surveypage with this particular 
								question (the last time this particular surveypage was visited)

								
(2) Summary data file: 'ipanat_summary*.iqdat' (a separate file for each participant)

computer.platform:				the platform the script was run on (win/mac/ios/android)
startDate:						date script was run
startTime:						time script was started
subjectid:						assigned subject id number
groupid:						assigned group id number
sessionid:						assigned session id number
elapsedTime:					time it took to run script (in ms); measured from onset to offset of script
completed:						0 = script was not completed (prematurely aborted); 
								1 = script was completed (all conditions run)

meanPA1-
meanNA3:						Mean rating for each of the 6 adjectives	(P = positive, N = negative)
								=> the higher the mean ratings the more participant judged the particular positive/negative adjectives 
								to 'describe' the nonsense words.

meanPA:							Mean rating for the Positive adjectives
								=> the higher the mean rating the more participant judged positive adjectives to 'describe' the nonsense words.
								
meanNA: 						Mean rating for the Negative adjectives						
								=> the higher the mean rating the more participant judged negative adjectives to 'describe' the nonsense words.

(b) the order of the adjectives is the same for all nonsense words:
