This script implements the Neuropathy Pain Scale (NPS).

OVERVIEW

The Neuropathy Pain Scale asks 10 pain-related questions 
(intense, sharp, hot, dull, cold, sensitive, itchy, unpleasant, deep, surface) 
Most questions are 11-point likert type questions (scored on a scale 0-10).

The default data stored in the data files are:

(1) Raw data file: 'nps.iqdat'

date, time:							date and time script was run with the current group/subjectnumber 
subject, group, session:	  		 with the current subject/groupnumber/session id
build:								the Inquisit build 

q*_response:						response given (in assigned values)
									q1: intense (0-10) 
									q2: sharp (0-10)
									q3: hot (0-10)
									q4: dull (0-10) 
									q5: cold (0-10)
									q6: sensitive (0-10) 
									q7: itchy (0-10)
									
									q8: time of pain
									
									q9: unpleasant (0-10) 
									q10a/b: deep, surface (0-10)
									
									
q*_latency:							how much time (in ms) the participant spent on the surveypage with this particular 
									question (the last time this particular surveypage was visited)


(2) Summary data file: 'nps_summary.iqdat' (Inquisit Lab: one data file per participant)

completed:							0 = script was not completed (prematurely aborted);
