Background

This script implements the Screen for Posttraumatic Stress Symptoms (SPTSS) - Version 1.0 as described in:

Overview

Participants are asked to answer 17 radioButtons questions pertaining PTSD symptoms within the last 2 weeks
by choosing a number from 0 - 10 for each question.

The questionnaire adapts the layout of the paper and pencil questionnaire to the computer screen.
The 17 questions are spread out over 4 survey pages. Each page repeats the instructions and
participants can go back and forth between pages.
