This script implements Millisecond's computerized version of the Weight Loss Self-Efficacy Scale (WLSE) by Wilson et al (2016).

Overview

self-report measure consisting of 12 11-point Likert Scale questions (confidence scale from 0% to 100% in steps of 10).

The scale provides Self-efficacy scores on three scales:
Healthful Eating Self-efficacy (HESE) (q1-q4)
Physical Activity Self-efficacy (PASE) (q5-q8)
Weight Loss Self-efficacy (WLSE) (q9-q12)
